Roger is based in Hong Kong and is a corporate executive turned entrepreneur. His earlier experience were with major international companies such as Sperry Univac and Data General, and Hong Kong local listed operators such as the Shui On Group and HK Telco, engaging in various local and regional capacities in the Sales & Marketing, Distribution and Services arena in the computer hardware and software and services industries.

He then became an entrepreneur in 1987 as he set up his own head hunting consultancy business, which operated for 10 years. He then co-founded a software company named iSquare Asia in 1997. iSquare started with 3 people and grew into a 100+ staff eCommerce platform developer and service provider. iSquare was successfully sold to Datacraft Asia in 2003.

Roger is both a clear-minded visionary and meticulous executive in operations. He not only knows the China market well, but is perceptive of human nature and behaviors in general, enabling him to motivate and effectively deploy people. He is logically minded and has exceptional discerning ability in spotting opportunities, while seeing through the surface to avoid hidden traps and detour pitfalls. Because of these abilities, plus his pragmatic and fair approach in doing business, he is quick and effective in closing deals and making arrangements as well as successfully managing operations.
