• Our focus: we specialise in small-to-medium technology businesses operating in our four sectors of expertise. Focus brings enhanced execution through strong relationships with likely buyers and investors and understanding of industry-specific drivers and business models.
• Our experience: since 1995 we have advised on over 400 engagements both on the buy-side (investment banks, venture capital and corporations) and sell-side (technology companies). This unique experience positions Atrico to add significant pre-deal value in packaging and positioning technology companies to be acquired or attract partners.
• Our engagement model: we provide dedicated senior-level attention to our clients and work with a limited number of clients so we can build long-term relationships.
  We operate on a retainer and success-fee basis, with our compensation driven mainly by success fees.
